Bathroom Art

My latest decorating project is the kids bathroom.  So far I have painted the walls and built floating shelves.   The full reveal is coming soon.  Now it is time for the finishing touches. Once again I wanted to decorate with out spending a lot of money.  (That seems to be a theme around here.)  I recycled our old 10"x10" canvas art to create new art (reminders) for the kids bathroom.  I already had everything for this project in my craft supplies.

DIY, Bathroom Art , Mod Podge,Vinyl Cricut Letters, purple paint, floss, brush, wash,flush

Items Needed:

4 = 12x12 Scrapbook Paper
4 = 10x10 Canvas Wrapped Frames
Mod Podge
Foam Paint Brush
Vinyl
Cricut

Step 1:  Apply ModPodge to back side of paper.  Place canvas face down on to the modpodged paper.  Turn over and smooth out bubbles.

Step 2:  Cut the edges of the paper so that they will wrap the corners.

Step 3:  Wrap the paper around the corners of the frame.  Brush on more ModPodge if needed.

Step 4:  Wrap the remaining 2 sides around the frame.

Step 5:  Let ModPodge dry (to avoid wrinkles) and then brush ModPodge on to the top and sides of the paper.

Step 6:  After the ModPodge is dry add your vinyl lettering.  I used 2 1/2 inch letters.
