Mirror...Mirror......

CeCe Caldwell, Destin Gulf Green, Chalk Paint, Mirror

I've had this mirror for as long as I can remember.   It hangs on the wall by the garage entry door for one final look on my way out the door.  After I painted the wall the mirror just looked blah.  It needed something more.
I thought that maybe I could give it a black glaze.
wipe on wipe off

Oh, was I wrong.  It looked better before.

I stuck it in the garage to wait for our spring yard sale but it didn't stay there for long.  10 minutes later I thought about the Destin Gulf Green chalk paint by CeCe Caldwell I had left over in the garage.  Why not? It couldn't get any worse.

Not to bad.  I used a wet rag to distress it a little.

It looked so much better and It really brightened up the space.
It was still lacking that something but at least it wasn't ugly.  Then, I remembered some flowers I had in the attic.  A little bit of hot glue and few flowers later..........

It's exactly what this space needed and it didn't cost a thing.
